When can I expect to receive my order?

Delivery times vary and depend on the delivery address for your order.  In general, you may expect to receive your order within 10 business days. 

Will I be charged for delivery costs?

Yes, delivery costs will be added to the prices of the ordered physical goods products. Shipping costs vary depending on the value of your order and your shipping address.

What if the products are damaged during transport?

If your products are damaged during transport, we will be responsible for such damages.

If you choose to return the products (regardless of the situation), you will be responsible for damage to the products caused during return transport.

How can I return a product?

If you receive an order from the store and discover that the goods are damaged or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
